NOTES:

1. The outdoor shower in the cockpit has hot and cold water. The current and first owner did not want a splash in the toilet room and
so it was decided not to order a shower option there. You can shower in the cockpit or of course use the marina accommodations.

2. The teak on deck was installed at the time of construction at the BAVARIA yard. It is what it is today.

3. the movable swim platform is operated with 1 motor, the other motor is available separately.
